The Velnorae custom experience begins with a personal consultation to understand the person, promise or moment behind your piece. Together, we will explore your preferred gemstone, metal, design direction, budget and meaningful details.

THE $250 DESIGN RETAINER

The CAD $250 payment reserves your custom-design consultation and begins the design process.

If your project proceeds, the full retainer will be credited toward the final purchase price of your Velnorae piece.

The retainer becomes non-refundable once the consultation, sourcing or design work has begun. No manufacturing will begin until you have approved the design, final quotation and estimated production timeline.
